STC hydraulic cylinders have a lock nut that ensures secure mechanical load retention for long periods. Each cylinder is single-acting and uses the weight of the load to return the piston to its original position.
The lock nut is tested under 50% overload, giving you complete peace of mind in applications such as supporting foundations, bridge construction and shipbuilding. The body, nut and saddle have a nitrocarburized finish for exceptional durability. Optional inclined saddles can be added to resist lateral loading.
Each cylinder is manufactured using advanced technology and follows quality system processes that meet the standards of UNE-EN ISO 9001:201508
